Yavapai County Real Estate

Yavapai County Real Estate encompasses a broad range of climates from barren desert, to lush Mountain Pines, to snow capped mountains and is home to a variety of communities from vibrant urban cities to quaint rural towns. The shear variety of real estate encompassed by Yavapai County ensures that there is a home and community for every taste.  Prescott Arizona is Yavapai Counties largest community with approximately 44,000 full and part time residence.  Neighboring towns include Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and the combined areas of Dewey Arizona and Humboldt Arizona, make up what is increasingly referred to as the "quad cities," recognizing the growth that is taking place in western Yavapai County.

Yavapai County Real Estate

The Yavapai County real estate market has been booming, yet not unlike most areas of the country in the past two years, shown signs of a slowdown or decrease in value.  As in the past, Yavapai County real estate prices will turn and eventually will appreciate once again due to the desirability to live in such a wonderful area of the country.  Prescott Arizona has been honored with multiple awards such as "top places to live or Retire".  We feel that this is one of the best times to invest in one of the southwest's most desirable places to live.

Even though interest rates are creeping upward and home inventory is slightly increasing, the mild four season weather and beautiful surroundings ensure a continued increase in population which will effectively increase the value through supply and demand to live in the Yavapai County real estate market.  The short term effect we have observed recently with prices dropping and homes staying on the market slightly longer than they have in over the last few years. Current market times in most communities are between 140 and 190 days.  Once the Yavapai County foreclosure market reduces, Yavapai County Real Estate prices will rise again, as in the past, at an average rate of 5 to 12% per year.

The current creative financing options providing both leverage and tax deductions, coupled with the recent increase in Yavapai County home inventory, make it an excellent time to invest in Yavapai County real estate.  The Tim Eastman Group is skilled in the negotiations of creative financing options and would be happy to discuss options with you.  Simply contact us to set up an appointment today.
